Pregnancy is a unique period in the life
of every future mother. Is worth to spend 9 months comfortable, taking
care of
yourself and your baby
Yoga and pilates exercises prepare the
body perfectly, and the psyche of the future mother, to the birth of
her
beloved child.
Pilates is unique is in its focus on the
deep postural muscles of the body, on your core muscles. In particular,
pilates
strengthens your abdomen, back, buttocks and inner thigh muscles, as
your
uterus grows, this will support your belly and also protect your
spine.

wonderful was practicing yoga and pilates until the last week of my
pregnancy.
