Yogilates for pregnancy
-          We learn different breathing technique, which relax our bodies, breath, preparing us for childbirth, breath, allowing us to connect to the unborn child.

Pregnancy is a unique period in the life of every future mother. Is worth to spend 9 months comfortable, taking care of yourself and your baby
Yoga and pilates exercises prepare the body perfectly, and the psyche of the future mother, to the birth of her beloved child.
Pilates is unique is in its focus on the deep postural muscles of the body, on your core muscles. In particular, pilates strengthens your abdomen, back, buttocks and inner thigh muscles, as your uterus grows, this will support your belly and also protect your spine.
Besides the wonderful feeling, relaxation and control of the flow of energy, yoga prepares the future mothers to give birth. Learned in the classroom yoga positions allow you to overcome stress and unwind.
Yoga also helps build a bridge between the mother and unborn baby yet. Allows you to quickly recover the well-being after childbirth and reduces the occurrence of post-natal depression.
From my own experience I know how wonderful was practicing yoga and pilates until the last week of my pregnancy. Being active also secured the quick return to form and slim after childbirth.
In our studio we have classes for the future mothers, which after 12 weeks pregnancy, with no medical contraindications can boldly to join our prenatal team.

We invite all the mothers with small children per common yoga and pilates classes.
After having a baby, every mother is absorbed with so many new responsibilities and emotions with their love child that they forget about theitself. One of woman's biggest concerns is "can I get back the body I had before I was pregnant?" The answer is yes. We "Balance Studio Copenhagen" assure you that you can not only get back the body you had before, but you can improve it. Pilates, which focused on strengthening and tonig the weak muscles, can give a new mom time to take care of herself and her recovery by exercising, which also improves sleep and minimizes depression, addresses postural issues, which many have developed through pregnancy. Pilates exercise prepares her for lifting and carrying her newborn.
Specially designed and tailored exercises for women after childbirth, during lactation, and for all the mothers who want to improve condition, shape, back to form and spend the time in good company. Postnatal pilates is a great opportunity to get fit and meet other new moms at the same time.
Your baby may practice with her mother, play on the mat, or sleep, if he wants.
