practicing Pilates method.
The level of the exercises is adapted to the
condition of mother after pregnancy. Usually right after birth, when a
woman is
ready for the first exercises, she trains during first weeks
strengthening
stabilizing muscles: back and abdominals muscles, arms, legs and buttock
