At Mamma + Baby class we train all parts of the body – legs, arms, back and stomach by practicing Pilates method.
The level of the exercises is adapted to the condition of mother after pregnancy. Usually right after birth, when a woman is ready for the first exercises, she trains during first weeks strengthening stabilizing muscles: back and abdominals muscles, arms, legs and buttock
After having a baby, every mother is absorbed with so many new responsibilities and emotions with their love child that they forget about theitself. One of woman's biggest concerns is "can I get back the body I had before I was pregnant?" The answer is yes. We "Balance Studio Copenhagen" assure you that you can not only get back the body you had before, but you can improve it. Pilates, which focused on strengthening and tonig the weak muscles, can give a new mom time to take care of herself and her recovery by exercising, which also improves sleep and minimizes depression, addresses postural issues, which many have developed through pregnancy. Pilates exercise prepares her for lifting and carrying her newborn.
